: Data Mining with SQL Server Analysis Services

Description: Data mining is a very powerful tool to analyze data from different perspectives and summarize it into useful information . In this presentation we will build data mining models using various algorithms in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Then we will analyze past trends and predict the future from these models.

Speaker Bio: Sona Pal is a Ph.D. candidate in Information Systems. She has an MS in Computer Science, MBA and MA in Public Administration with 5 years of Information Technology experience. She also has graduate level of teaching experience for two years. Her interests include data mining, business intelligence and database management.
