• Take the full trash bag to the rear kitchen area or alert an event organizer via Volunteer Slack Channel

• Replacement garbage bags are in the kitchen

Clean up spills - paper towels can be found in the kitchen area

Thank vendors and ask if they need help with anything

Check in pre-registered attendees

Direct attendees to sponsors and sessions.

Count attendees at the session.

Introduce yourself, tell speaker to start on time.  With 5 minutes left, hold up your hand.

At the end of the session, announce that all attendees should fill out an evaluation (QR code provided in room)

Report any technical/classroom problems.

Keep all food service areas clean

Ensure drink ice chests remain stocked

• Replacement drinks are in the kitchen

• Ice is in the kitchen freezers

Return unused food supplies to the kitchen

Throw away any abandoned trash left undisposed in classrooms, walkways, vendor areas, or atrium
