Sponsor a Meeting

Interested in sponsoring a user group month and having a meet/greet our 50+ enthusiastic technology professionals each second Wednesday of the month? 

Sponsorship of a user group meeting covers dinner for ~75 people, and while the food choice is up to you, pizza is just fine. This is a bargain considering the exposure and "captive" attention you have with area IT professionals from the SQL Server User Group and our partner group, the Baton Rouge .net User Group (brdnug.org). During announcements, we'll introduce you and you can introduce your company, your mission, your industry and your job postings to the group. You can talk for a minute, or you can give a lightning-round presentation up to 15 minutes. At the end of the meeting we do a raffle for books and swag, we encourage you to hang around and network with us and give away a prize too. An invoice for the sponsorship fee can be provided upon request. The Baton Rouge User Groups corporation is a non-for-profit corporation but your sponsorship is not tax deductible. • Got technical resources as well? We'd love to have you sponsor AND provide a speaker as well!

• Up to 15 minutes during announcements to talk about your company, give a presentation, hand out flyers/swag, shake hands and draw raffle prizes!
